Warranty and Repair

Enence Translator products are manufactured by trained professionals from the highest quality materials to serve you for years to come, however if our product stops working, we are always ready to provide a replacement at no charge as per the terms of our warranty and repair terms.

2 Year Standard Guarantee

We will happily replace any defective item within 2 years from the date of delivery of your order. Simply click on the Contact Us button, select the 'Warranty & Repair' subject and let our customer service team know about your issue, they will assist you in a timely manner.

Warranty will not apply if:

1. The product is physically damaged
2. The product has been used improperly
3. The defect cannot be qualified as a factory defect
4. If more than 2 years have passed from the date of delivery of your order

Extended Guarantee

The terms of our Standard Guarantee for the extended period also apply to our Extended Guarantee.

**Please note that defective items that are still under warranty must be returned to the return address provided by our customer support team**
