Steps to return a product

Step #1 - Contact our customer support team by filling out a contact form here at https://translatorenence.com/contact within 60 days of receiving your ordered products . Please provide customer support with your full name, email, and order number, and briefly explain why you want to return the product.

Step #2 - Our customer support team will respond to your inquiry within 3 business days and if your return request meets the terms and conditions set forth in this Return Policy and Terms of Service, we will send you a form to complete (Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA")). Ship-to address:

Please note , that returns are only accepted after completing the RMA form. We are not responsible for orders shipped without a pre-filled RMA and such returns cannot be processed.

Step #3 - Repack your item securely, attach the provided RMA form in a visible place on the package, and send the item to us at the return address provided on the RMA form.
Non-defective items should be returned in ideal condition, in the original and undamaged packaging. For defective items, please contact our customer support team before arranging a return.

Step #4 - Complete the RMA form by filling in the tracking number of the parcel and carrier. Returns without a tracking number may be refused by our warehouse, please be sure to use registered mail or other trackable shipment method.

Step #5 - Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will issue a refund within 14 days. Once we initiate the refund, it typically takes 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement. The refund will be sent back to the original source of payment you used to pay for the order.
